[Blindmath] excell keyboard shortcuts

Hi Steve :
I appreciate your advice--normally I would not be distributing
material that I paid for, however, since it appeared like a lot of
people on this list used Excell and since I personally have also
struggled to find resources on the topic which were accessible I
figured I'd try and help.
Like I said this is kind of the exception, because it being the blind math list.
You're right though--specially taking into account the fact that I
have no idea if what I just did was permitted or not, even under this
particular circumstance.
I'll definitely make sure to check on permissions next time.
