[Blindmath] Robotics & Construction related questions

I have not participated in this field, but I think that you would be able to compete equally. Blind people have done woodshop, pottery, welding, and all sorts of other industrial tasks and have done well at them. They have adaptive tools in some cases so you might want to check into them. For example, they have adaptive compasses, measuring tools, quick rules, and so on. Really, I think the only obstacle you will face in the construction phase is sighted people who don't think that you should do it. Also, if you simply aren't good at putting things together you might have issues, but that doesn't have to do with being blind.
