[Blindmath] MathType input for MathPlayer output

Hi,
For MathPlayer output of numbers, it matters whether the "," in large 
numbers in MathML is written as <mo>,</mo> or is in the mn tag. The 
default for MathType seems to be to put it in the mo tag. Is there a way 
to get MathType to treat it as part of the number in the mn tag? The end 
result is being exported as a math webpage. Thanks.
