Greg, unfortunately the answer is no. We plan better encoding of numbers (and MathML and LaTeX in general) with MathType 7, but for now the only option is to correct this after the fact, either manually, or by processing the HTML+MathML document with a script. (About MathType 7, we have nothing to announce yet with regard to release date.)

Subject: [Blindmath] MathType input for MathPlayer output

Hi,
For MathPlayer output of numbers, it matters whether the "," in large numbers in MathML is written as <mo>,</mo> or is in the mn tag. The default for MathType seems to be to put it in the mo tag. Is there a way to get MathType to treat it as part of the number in the mn tag? The end result is being exported as a math webpage. Thanks.
Greg
