Please be patient.  Asking the same question several times probably won't
make an answer come more quickly.  <smile>

The note that Louis forwarded indicates that there are things you can do
with JAWS.  Whether you actually need to use NVDA is going to depend some on
what it is you want to try.  However, since NVDA is a free screen reader,
there is little to lose to try it.  Remember that Google can often help you
find information, but you can find information about NVDA at

http://www.nvaccess.org

There is always a learning curve to use a different screen reader, so being
certain you know what you can already do with JAWS probably is a good idea.
