[Blindmath] Capital letters in MathType equations?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't he using NVDA to read the equations in Word itself, not a browser?

NVDA reads math natively now in Word documents marked up with MathType.  Since I produce such documents, I'm very interested in the answers to his questions, so I can produce math properly for users.
