Hello Rachel,
You can make graphs rapidly by hand using a $50 sensational blackboard:

There are a variety of Braille printers capable of making graphs. One such

Subject: [Blindmath] Creating graphs
Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone has good resources or tips for creating accessible
graphs for online courses. My office is currently working on plans to re-do
or create three different Math courses that involve graphs, and this is
something that is pretty new to me. Any advice would be much appreciated!
