[BlindMath] New to blind math

Hi all,
I’m a new subscriber for blind math and I want to know how to reach the resources of accessible math tools on either windows, linux or Mac. So , what should I do to reach these resources ?
And I want to know if there is an alternative for Matlab on windows ? I’ve tried using it but it not accessible at all! I need to use it in some hand ins in the faculty.
