[Blindmath] NVDA and Jaws conflict for use with math type and laTEX

Just type $...$ then type alt+\.  If you do "insert equation" from the
ribbon, it will start the MathType editor and unfortunately, that's not
accessible if you are blind. It can be enlarged quite a bit if you can read
large text, but if not, you don't want to run the MathType editor.
