[BlindMath] Some NVDA Math Advice Needed

No, if you change your display mode from Math ML to LaTeX. See the appearance tag of http://enwp.org/special:preferences <http://enwp.org/special:preferences> (account required). You might also want to change your skin to monobook for better accessibility of the rest of the interface.
