[BlindMath] Computation Theory graphs?

Hello all,

I am an assistive technology specialist trying to trouble shoot a way to support graphing for Computation Theory. While I can emboss the graphs, I need to find a way for blind students to also create the graphs. What ways have people found that worked for them? Any guidance would be wonderful.
