[BlindMath] ePub with MathML

What seems to be such a straight forward question has a fairly convoluted answer. This is one good, current source for determining support in the various readers:

Many of the platforms, (like iOS and Android) contain their own screen readers, and that screen reader also needs to be aware of the content to make it accessible in speech or braille.
