[BlindMath] Latex?

I'm perfectly happy running Emacs in text mode.  Most of my coding is done
using text mode rather than GUI mode.

But I have yet to figure out how to customize Emacs in the Ubuntu Subsystem
for Windows.  How have you accomplished that?
