[BlindMath] TeX Users Group discussion on accessible PDF

Hi

There's an interesting discussion on creating accessible PDF (containing
math) on the TeX Users Group accessibility mailing list. It was started by
Tammy Stitz (copied).

I'm a member of that list, and also this one. The TUG list is stronger on
making LaTeX do things, and this list on what would help blind
mathematicians (of course).
