[BlindMath] LaTex to MathMl conversion

I agree that Pandoc is very good for many purposes. LaTeXML supports more LaTeX packages and can expand TeX macros, which Pandoc cannot.

Pandoc is the best tool to use, you just need to install two things and you can convert between a ton of formats, including LaTeX to MathML, Markdown and LaTeX to HTML, and tons of other formats.
