[BlindMath] word document with latex source code

Hi all, I have download some books from bookshare.org. 
All these books contains latex source code which I assume. 
I have copied the source code from word document I’m and pasting below.

Is it latex source code? 
Is there any way to convert them so that I could read them with NVDA?
I think, it could be done using math type, but I just don’t know how would I do that.
