[BlindMath] Using the TocBuilder to add table of contents in Braille Blaster

Hi William,


Thanks for the feedback. I think I am getting the sense. Let me try 
doing that. At least, I now understand how I can add a table of 
contents. Perhaps the problem would be correctly knowing which page I am 
on in the final Braille volume. Otherwise, I appreciate your help both 
on this platform and in the feedback ticket.
