[BlindMath] Has Anyone Ever Used a Financial Calculator?

I am considering getting my MBA. The only more advanced coursework within
accounting and finance that I plan on taking is an accounting class and a
finance class that is required for my MBA.

Mostly they are probably wanting the students to grasp the hang of that
financial calculator for more advanced course work if you go into the
accounting or finance advanced course work. Do agree now a days excel and
apps if your on a smart phone are much easier to accomplish. Having a
background in accounting and finance and that is how i went through my
accounting and finance course work using eh financial calculator either in
smart app on my phone or within excel on my pc.

I would talk to the professor and find out what his goal is. It is likely
that he recommends this calculator as a convenience to him, not you. Is the
goal to learn how to use this specific calculator, or is it to learn about
the functions and come up with the right answers?

When people recommend specific hardware and/or software, it may, or may not
be accessible to a blind person -- and you may have to do something else.
