[BlindMath] Issue Accessing Formulae in Word File

As others have mentioned on thread, it matters how are source equations are
put into word (also I believe office word version also matters, earlier
equation editor may not have been accessible). this is one of the result of
quick google search on topic:

But with latest word equation editor, one can generate accessible math
(again, I don't like the way it reads math in word and therefore prefer to
generate html out of word containing math using pandoc using --mathjax or
--mathml flag depending on whether you want to read them with mathjax
accessibility support, mathplayer or jaws engine).
