[BlindMath] Using TeXWorks with jaws

TeXWorks is installed on my Windows 10 system - probably came along with TeX Live.
I haven't tested its accessibility properly or used it for any actual work. However, I notice that there is a "typeset"menu option (Ctrl-T is the keyboard shortcut), which I assume runs the TeX engine. I just found the option a few minutes ago; I didn't try it with a document though.

Does anyone here use TeXWorks with jaws? I just installed it. It has all these menues but there doesn't seem to be a compile command. How do I compile? Am I missing something simple or have I downloaded a not so screen reader friendly program for LaTex?
