Hello:

     I suggest that if a book on coding is needed that the epub version be obtained from BookShare. It is my experience that more of the content will be in the book.
Some years ago, as a research project, I downloaded a Saxon math book in braille form and as an epub. The braille form was missing the equasions whereas the epub wasn't.
