[BlindMath] How should ray notation be read by a screen reader?

I have a 4th grade item that is using LaTeX ray notation and wondering if I need to use Aria text to improve how it is read. The screen reader reads the expression below as "over right arrow cap K cap L". Is that how it should be read for 4th grade?
