[BlindMath] Help with Mathpix?

When I open anything in Overleaf, I find a bunch of %s and other symbols and have to arrow down many times before I find any meaningful text.

How do you use the Mathpix tool? On my Mac, I open it, and it says, "button button button." How do you use Mathpix with either MacOS or iOS to convert a PDF containing math to any other format?
