Dear Dana,

   1. As far as I know, NVDA started recognising and reading math equations
   from Word 2016 onwards (not completely, but partially). Hence, it might not
   be reading the math equations in Office 2010.
   2. For Word 2019 (on the system where NVDA couldn't read), check
   the NVDA settings and confirm if it has the UI setting set to always. If
   the settings are not set to always, then NVDA may be unable to render and
   read math accurately.
