I'm having trouble installing emacs. There are a series of files from this link:
https://mirror.rabisu.com/gnu/emacs/windows/emacs-29/
There are a lot of files and I don't know which files to download.

Emacs with the Auctex package or vim with VimLatex are my suggestions
