[BlindMath] instructions needed to set up VS Code

Hi,
VSCode has dedicated accessibility documentation and there are also lots of
accessibility resources on the intenet.
Some basics:
When you install VSCode, it will detect if you are using a screen reader
and will offer to activate accessibility mode.
you can visit the different sections of the screen with f6;
ctrl+shift+p will open the command pallet wher you can read the list and
key combinations of all possible commands;
ctrl+shift+x will open the extensions section where you can search for
extensions about the languages and tools you might be interested.
