[BlindMath] Newly blind student learning to code using VScode

I think the phrase "walking is safer than attempting to sprint" is a
brilliant metaphor.

VSCode can be complicated because it is so rich with opportunity that it can
be confusing for even an advanced JAWS user. I'd suggest the student, to
build up their prowess, focusses on something like Notepad or TextEdit at
first. Show them how to create a basic HTML file in those plain text editors
and you'll be teaching the human to fish rather than rely on the fisherman
for sustenance.

For example, if you create a text file and place the text <p>Hello!</p> in
the file and save it. Then you open that up in your browser of choice, and
voila! There it is.

Washington State DSB should be thinking about this, too. In my humble
opinion.

Cheers,
David
