[BlindMath] Where can I find this?

Hi, so I'm totally blind, and learning Calculus on my own with an online
book someone showed me, and it's quite accessible for the blind. The only
thing is that the book mentions this technique referred to as "trigonometric
substitution," but says that the book omits it. I'd still like to learn it,
though. I've been browsing around online and finding things I can only
partially understand, due to accessibility. Khan Academy has a bunch of
material on it, but they don't quite describe things well enough for me to
make sense of it. Does anyone out there know of an accessible venue from
which I could learn how to do trigonometric substitution in calculus?
Thanks,
Ray.
