[BlindMath] What are your experiences with Spaced Repetition Systems?

I’ve been trying to get into Anki, but the main desktop client is not accessible. While, the web interface is   decent, there are a lot of features that don’t work like using shared dex, and attaching audio files to cards for language pronunciation. In summary, I wish I could have a full featured interface to create flashcards and not just the basic web version.
