Hi,

The meeting is usually weekly and I am one of the participants. We are
all stem students that interact with math regularly.

The meeting has been very useful. Here are some stuffs we discuss:

1. New discoveries: We share what we have learnt recently. For example,
a tool to help convert a pdf to LaTeX.

2. Sharing our setups: We share the tools we use to write, read and
learn math. For example, vs code to write, NVDA, mathcat and the browser
to read and khan academy for learning.

3. Solving problems: More often than not, someone has a problem that he
or she is having difficulty solving. With a math professor and some very
talented blind folks amongst us, you're almost guaranteed a solution or
an alternative.

4. Sharing success stories: Did you pass your latest exams? Or, have you
figured out something that has been blocking you?

5. And much much more.

The group is very diverse. We have members that are from Africa, Europe,
America and Asia. Yeah, I know, we're just 5 and we're all over the
world. This is both a blessing and a curse.

You're welcomed to join us next Wednesday at 3PM GMT.

By the way, we're all in this mailing list, so if you have a question,
just ask and you'll most probably get an answer.

With welcoming arms,

Abdulqadir Ahmad
