[BlindRUG] BrailleR.GetWriteR() currently returns "This command is temporarily unavailable")

Hi...trying to get started with R from scratch (Win 10 and NVDA)

Installed RStudio, 64-bit R, the BrailleR package, Get7zip(), GetPandoc(),
GetPython27(), and GetWxPython().  But GetWriteR() seems to be a
single-line script that says nothing but that the command is temporarily
unavailable.

What's the preferred way to get started with WriteR?  Is there a "getting
started' document I'm missing?
