Hi Brice,
Nice to see you on this list.
Well, as I'm sure you know, I'd say Colorado is the best, (Never mind the 
fact that I've only ever been to the CCB, Lol)
I think that every center, (granted I have not loked at the others) must 
have it's highlights, but I believe it is up to people's preferences. 
Similar to choosing what university you should go to, I think you need to 
take some time in deciding what training center you will go to.
I have a friend who is attending all thre centers consecutively due to her 
mom's request. She attended LCB two summers ago, and attended CCB last 
summer as one of my roommates. Where I am going back to CCB this coming 
summer, she is moving on to the third NFB training center and will not 
return.
I felt very comfortable and welcomed at the CCB. And as you mentioned cane 
travel I'd like to point this out. I was a pretty good traveler before the 
summer program, but my confidence and skill was built up tremendously at the 
center, not just with my instructor, but by seeing other students my age 
learning the same things, and by watching the ITP students working with 
there instructors.
Anyways, I think unless you talk to someone like my friend who's testing all 
three, you will get a biased approach just like when you ask a group of 
people which high school football team is better, they will normally vote 
for theirs.
