Value of a collectable is based on the ease of getting one's hands on 
the collectable.  Usually, that's a function of quantity produced.  
But how many die hard Federationists would sell their coins?

Additionally, keep in mind the retail price of these coins.  Most of 
that is the cost of putting the coin into your hands.  You won't 
likely see them sell next year for less.
