Bait and switch is a phrase used to describe the practice of a company offering you a good deal on a product or service 
with the intention of really selling you something else that is more to their advantage.  I'm not sure how some thing it 
applies here, and frankly, people need to be careful about making such accusations on a public list without having all 
the facts.  I agree with Cindy Handel, that this needs to be investigated by someone who can talk to this woman in 
person and be certain of the facts.  Such phrases as "Won't let her" don't really give us enough information as to what 
really happened.  It might also be necessary to know exactly what she signed and not what is on their web site.
