OK, now you aren't telling us the whole story or the truth.  The screen 
reading software, on Christy's computer, has nothing to do with the phone 
company.  I refuse to believe that they have anything to say about it, if 
they even understand what she's talking about.  I'm sorry, but if she isn't 
any more clear with explaining herself to them than you are to us, I'm sure 
they don't understand what she's talking about.

Maybe, if you calm down a little bit and get the idea out of your head that 
they're discriminating against her, on purpose, you'll have an easier time 
gathering your thoughts and making yourself understood.  The screen reading 
software has nothing to do with her phone service, is not installed on her 
phone, and they would not even know she had it, if she didn't tell them.

Wow, I was w ndering the same thing, and, in a nutshell: nothing.  If
Christy wants to purchase screen-reading software, it's "against the Terms
and Conditions" as a "third party."  What?  So, now, she, (Christy) has to
be in good standing for 6 months, paying her bills on time, can get
Internet service, but she can't get screen-reading software?  Talk about a
dictatorial phone company!  Are you scoring at home?
