[Blindtlk] NFB's Return Policy

Dear Diane,

Why is the support cane unuseable?
Most of them are made so the legth is adjustable?
I believe their policy is 30 days with the receit.  You should call them and 
ask or e-mail the materials center.  They are usually very careing..
