[Blindtlk] NFB's Return Policy

Hi David,

It doesn't appear that this support cane is adjustable. I ordered it
for my husband, and was mistaken about exactly what he was wanting, so
he isn't really happy with it.

Do you have the email address for the materials center? Is it just
materialscenter at nfb.org?

Thanks.

Dear Diane,

Why is the support cane unuseable?
Most of them are made so the legth is adjustable?
I believe their policy is 30 days with the receit. You should call them
and
ask or e-mail the materials center. They are usually very careing..
