[Blindtlk] Accessible Website Software?

Actuallly, while there is software that makes composing of web pages
somewhat easier, at least for sighted persons, because one has sort of a
WYSIWYG interface, it doesn't really obviate the necessity of learning
several languages that are sort of like computer programming languages
(which ones depends upon the operating system the web host server is
running and what packages are installed). In other words, in addition to
writing the page itself, possibly including forms and the like, one must
write either a CGI or PHP script (or, for that matter, a WSH script if
the host is Windows-based) so that you can tell the server what to do
with data the user enters into forms. There is some template code to do
some of this stuff but the more you know about how it works under the
hood, the better off you are. In other words, there's a reason web page
developers get paid big bucks!
Put another way, There Ain't No Such Thing AS A Free Lunch!
