You may not have a choice but to go to one of the training centers. Or 
you could do the Braille stuff through NFB they have the contract for 
the NLS Braille   Transscription Program which includes Literary 
Braille The Neneth Code and Music Braille They might even do computer 
Braille too but I don't remember.
However with the NLS/NFB program you need to wait six months between 
each one of their classes.
