[Blindtlk] Tape Measure and Level?

Bryan,
    Did you get the tape measure at convention? Is it a talking tape measure 
or a Braille one? I have been looking for a Braille tape measure and an 
audible level at a reasonable price. Can you give me more information on 
these?
