[Blindtlk] Tape Measure and Level?

hi,

the tape measure speaks every 1/16th inch and the only flaw is it doesn't 
have a on/off switch and the leather pocket is soft so it activates if you 
bump it.
the price never did go down since 2005 so i finally bought it for about 
$100.
