I visited QVC and found the item you mentioned.  In addition, I found a
larger size with skuers and sponges.

I just looked it up for you and hope it is still available.  It is a 
Technique hard anodized nonstick barbecue pan.  the price is 
$29.  The QVC item number is K7502.  There are absolutely no 
flare-ups or hot spots and I really hope they are still available for 
you.  Best thing I ever bought for outdoor cooking.
