[Blindtlk] Need help connecting wires!

I had to move everything out of the room where my computer is, to have carpet installed.  My parents were helping and, unfortunately, my dad was to anxious to get things moved, so he started unplugging phone cords before I looked at them.  So, I'm not sure how things should be connected, again.

I have DSL.  There is a splitter plugged into the phone jack.  coming from one side is the DSL filter, and the other side has a cord that plugs into the modem/router.  All this appears to be fine, since I'm plugged in and online.  the problem I have is, I also have a power strip which has two phone jacks; in and out.  Right now, the cord with the DSL filter is plugged into one of these jacks.  There's nothing in the other one.  I have a phone here which is not currently plugged into anything, and an extra piece of phone cord.  I don't know what plugs into the other jack on the power strip, and where to plug the phone in.  I also know that I should have phone two wires which plug into the back of the computer and one Ethernet cord.  

Can anyone tell me where all these cords belong?  It seems like I have more cords than places to plug them in.  I can usually figure this stuff out, but, it's just not happening, today.
