[Blindtlk] Introduction from a new member

Deanna,

Thank you for such a nice welcome. Is your sister involved with the
Wake Federation of the Blind? If so, I probably know her. What was
Guide Dogs of America like? I heard it was nice, but I was afraid of
it being so far from home, I suppose. The weather is so different in
California, too, my guide dog would have to re-orient to a whole new
weather pattern. Did you have any trouble with that?

What's your guide dog's name, and what's his name? I love hearing
about other people's guide dogs; I guess I live bicariously through
others until I am able to get my own.

Thank you again for the nice welcome, and I hope to get to know you more!

~Jewel
