[Blindtlk] Moustache trimming

I do the scissors as well. I have a similar question to the list. I
started to shave my neck and my sideburns like a couple of years ago
and it starts growing more and more. Is this normal and if so how can
I stop it? The stubble is seriously annoying the pants off of me. I
mean that and a manual shaver cutting my neck makes me a bit ancy to
say the least. Thanks for any advice!
