When you are looking for people to hire, don't forget about senior citizens.
Very often they too need a little bit of money, and they make great
conversationalists. One senior citizen I know not only appreciates the money
I give her for reading and driving, but she appreciates some reason to get
out of her house and some structure within which to maintain a friendship.
