Being a guide dog user and member of NAGDU.

When you go through security prior to walking through the metal detector,
you put you dog on a sit stay command, and no the harness does not come off
and if security is asking you to, ask for security, if you have a pack on
the harness like a pouch some of use when we are out, please remove it and
put in the bin with other things to go through metal detectors.

Again prior to walking through metal detector, put dog on a sit, stay
command, and make the leash long, and you walk though, then call the dog,
the dog's harness will go off, and they are supposed to pat down the dog and
make sure nothing visible on the dog and that is it. Very easy, if you are
a guide dog user and have been trained with a school, and the school is near
an airport, such as the guide dog foundation for the blind, inc of
Smithtown, NY which is where I got my maxx, since I live about 10 minutes
away, one of the training sites is MacArthur Airport in Islip, NY near the
school, as well as training on the Long Island Railroad and also traveling
through subway stations in Queens and NY city sometimes.

The biggest compliment you can pay me is to recommend my services!
