My friend, Susan, just said she went to the store and the rep. couldn't get
the Gusto to talk, at all. She just kept telling Susan that there's voice
input, but they couldn't get it to talk.

I went to the Verizon Wireless store today and looked at the Gusto and
the Haven. The Gusto is the same size as my Motorola phone (about 3" square
and 1/2' thick when closed) , but the keys are slightly largerand it has no
antenna sticking up from it. It is also a camera phone, which leads me to
wonder if the KNFB Mobile software could be loaded onto it! The Haven is
about 2" wide, 4" long, and about 1/2" thick; it is not a camera phone. The
voice on the Haven is louder than that on the Gusto, but that isn't a
deal-breaker, as I prefer something that is not too intrusive! I am leaning
toward the Gusto if I can find something out about its accessibility to all
the features. The rep in the store really didn't know. Is there some place
reliable information on this can be found?

Fraternally yours,
Marion
