[Blindtlk] Directions for Me

Hi Diane:

Oh my goodness it is a godsend! Since I am not very good at cooking, I
like frozen microwave pancakes. I typed in the website "chocolate chip
pancakes." There were 6 results...one of them being Eggo Pancakes,
which is the brand I happen to have. I couldn't believe it...I was
able to fix them properly (before I was overcooking them and they
became tough. It's awesome...though like you it may cause me to become
lazy lol.

How did you handle more complex directions? I can remember say "put in
oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes" or something like that...but for
example with the hamburger helper...it was like "put ground beef in
microwave, and cook for 3-5 minutes stirring every 3 until brown."
""Next, add 1/3/4 cups boiling water, and 1/1/2 cups milk, pasta,
sauce, and stir." "Put back in microwave and cook for 19 minutes."
That isn't too hard but it's more than a simple temperature and prep time.

I am 22 years old, and live alone. I could ask my parents but I am
trying to be more independent and often they are in a hurry and just
come outside my apartment to pick me up rather than actually coming
in.
