Dear All,
I have a different twist on this issue.
I have been blind since the age of 16 and still had some vision until
recently. I am 64 now.
I have notice that over the last year, I sometimes find myself rocking side
to side.
I don't know if it is because of my loss of vision and is the reaction for
some need for visual stimulation or the fact that I also have a lower back
injury and that the rocking helps to cope with the low back pain.
I never rocked before a year ago and I try to stop myself when I realize
that I am doing it.
I seem to do it unconsusly.
I just wonder if anyone else has had the problem?
David Evans, NFBF and GD Jack.
